2027 Accommodations and Travel
The ALA has reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt House hotel right on campus at the University of Delaware and at the Springhill Suites just over half a mile from campus. Rates for both sites are $159/night (+ tax), with complimentary breakfast and parking included. Because all rooms at the Springhill Suites site are suites, you may wish to save money by sharing occupancy. The conference committee is also working on arranging a limited number of dorm rooms on campus. Rooms can be booked using the following links:

The University of Delaware is readily accessible from airports in four major cities – Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, DC, and New York (in order of proximity), and is also served by Amtrak rail services (Your Guide to the Best Routes from Philadelphia Airport to Newark DE - BLADE ). Newark is a very pleasant, walkable college-town, with eateries of all descriptions up and down Main Street (UD-Campus-Map-2024.webp (776×1200)).
More information on local accommodations, dining, and visiting Newark will be posted in due time.
